Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct to direct the learned Court of Additional Civil Judge, junior division, Room No. 23, Pratapgarh to expedite and conclude the trial Ramesh of criminal Case No. 6162 of 2020 "State Versus Ganesh Chandra Tiwari & others", under section 419, 420, 506, 406 IPC, Police Station- Jethwara, District Pratapgarh, within a period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter pertains to the year 2020. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned Case No. 6162 of 2020 expeditiously in accordance with law.
