The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the Enquiry Notice issued by the Enquiry - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:4131 WP No. 29636 of 2018 Officer i.e., respondent No.3 dated 24.05.2018 bearing ¸ÀASÉå: ¸À.¸ÀA.».¤/¸ÀA.£ÉÆÃ/PÀ®A 25gÀ «ZÁgÀuÉ/ 2018-19 vide Annexure-B initiating inquiry pursuant to the order passed by the second respondent in No.DRB-3/SR/24/2017-18 dated 17.05.2018, appointing one Mr.Hamidullah Khan, Senior Inspector of Co- operative Societies as Enquiry Officer under Section 25(1) of the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 from the second respondent vide Annexure-A. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Counsel Sri.Vinaya Kumar.G.S., submits that pursuant to the inquiry notice, an inquiry has been conducted and a report has been submitted on 20.07.2019. Counsel further submits that the inquiry report has been furnished in the connected Writ Petition No.11792/2020. The inquiry report is furnished in connected Writ Petition No.11792/2020. Because of the completion of the inquiry and the submission of the inquiry report, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition at this juncture. 6. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, a liberty is accorded for the petitioner to question the Inquiry Report before the appropriate forum in accordance with the law if so advised.
