The Court Made the Following Order:-
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief:
“Issue an appropriate writ order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 herein in not permitting me to discharge my duties as Velugu Project Animator of Eluru village in Prathipadu Mandal of East Godavari District even without serving any notice or orders of removal and not paying the salary for the past more than a year as being illelgal, arbitrary and is in violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and in violation of principles of natural justice and fair play and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to discharge her duties as Animator in the said village and to pay the arrears of salaries and continue to pay to the petitioner and pass...”
2. It is represented by Sri Y. Ratnam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri M. Chalapathi, learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the subsequent events in the Writ Petition, no cause of action survives in the case and seeks leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition. 3. In view of the above submissions, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
