Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking the following prayer:- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 i.e. Inspector General of Police (Establishment), Director General of Police Headquarters (UP), Lucknow to transfer the petitioner no.1 from his present place of posting, i.e., Dial - 112, District Shamli to Dial 112, District Mathura and petitioner no.2 from Dial - 112, District Mathura to Dial - 112, District Shamli, on the basis of mutual consent, in the interest of justice." 3. Since considering petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Inspector General of Police (Establishment), Director General of Police Headquarters (UP), Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
