The relief sought in this petition is for concluding the investigation pursuant to F.I.R. dated 22.6.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0133 of 2024 under Section 363 IPC, Police Station Haldi, District Ballia. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that charge- sheet no. A-193 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024 has been filed in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
