Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State- respondents and pursed the record. 2. The writ petition has been filed praying for quashing the First Information Report dated 28.01.2025, registered as Case Crime No.61 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 109(1), 125, 352, 351(2), B.N.S. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Kairana, District Shamli. 3. There are allegations against the petitioner that was seen in the CCTV Footage committing the alleged offence. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not seen in the CCTV Footage, rather the petitioner himself was being attacked upon by the Savaj. He prays that till CCTV Footage is investigated by the investigating officer and its contents are recorded in the C.D., the petitioner may be protected. 5. The police is investigating the matter. 6. Learned A.G.A has opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has criminal history of one case. 7. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to the impugned First Information Report, till any credible evidence is collected by the investigating officer, from the CCTV Footage.
