Mr. Rajan Kahol, Vishal Panwar and Mr. B.C. Verma, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for the non- applicants/respondents. While placing on record communication dated nil issued under the signature of Regional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Raman Jamalta, learned counsel appearing for the non- applicants/respondents, states that in terms of judgment alleged to have been violated, applicant/petitioner herein has been paid DCRG to the tune of Rs. 13,92,006/- vide cheque No. 143088 dated 6.12.2024 and leave encashment to the tune of Rs. 8,43,640/- vide cheque No. 143088 dated 6.12.2023. It has been further stated in the afore communication that arrears on account of pay revision and pension for the period w.e.f. 1.1.2016 to 31.1.2022 shall be paid in such a manner as may be decided by the government in future. Though there is no specific time frame with regard to payment of arrears, but learned counsel for the respondents states that same shall be paid expeditiously, preferably, within eight week. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present application and as such same is disposed of reserving liberty to the applicant/petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law qua surviving grievance, if any.
