Sri Subhanshu Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent-Committee of Management has issued a seniority list for Class-IV employees for the year 2024-25 which he intends to challenge the said seniority list and prays that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the said seniority list. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
