None appears for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Smt Pulipati Radhika, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 are present. 3. On hearing, Smt Pulipati Radhika, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3 submits that the petitioner passed away in the year 2017 and from time to time the Trust Boards are constituting. She further submits that recently, on 24.03.2023 the Trust Board is constituted for a period of two (2) years and the same is continuing as on today. Hence, no cause survives in the present Writ Petition and it may be closed. 4. Recording the submissions of learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3, this Writ Petition is closed.
