By said representations, the petitioners are requesting for durasti and the consequential phodi of the land in question. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the request of the petitioners for conducting durasti and phodi would be considered and appropriate order would be passed within a period of three months. 3.
