On an urgency being mentioned by learned counsel for the petitioner today in the morning, this petition has been taken up. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel who appears on behalf of the State-respondent nos.1 to 5. 3. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following prayers:- "1. Issue a Writ an Order or Direction in the appropriate nature commanding the opposite parties number 03, 04, 05 and 06 to allow the petitioner and other villagers to hold Durga Pooja by installing the Idol of Maa Durga and its immersion procession after Navratri Festival at the place and temple of Jai Banjari Mata Durga Temple situated at Saidevapur, Quazi Dewar. P.S.- Motiganj, Pargana, Tehsil & Distt. Gonda, in terms his application/representation dated 16.09.2025. 2. Issue a Writ an Order or Direction in the appropriate nature commanding the opposite parties number 03, 04, 05 and 06 to provide adequate security during Durga Pooja and its immersion procession after Navratri Festival at the place and temple of Jai Banjari Mata Durga Temple situated at Saidevapur, Quazi Dewar. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is the authorized representative of Jai Banjari Mata Durga Temple situated at Saidevapur, Quazi Dewar. P.S.-Motiganj, Pargana, Tehsil & Distt. Gonda, U.P., and the trust of the petitioner is organizing Durga Pooja celebrations for the last twenty years including Durga Pooja and its immersion procession after Navratri Festival at Jai Banjari Mata Durga Temple, Gonda. The petitioner has made a Representation / application to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Gonda, by the petitioner on 16.9.2025 but no decision has been taken as yet. Hence, this petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayers. 5. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, District Gonda, to look into the application of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order therein within a period of three days' from today. 6. Learned Standing Counsel shall inform the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, District Gonda, of the order passed today without waiting for the uploading of the order on the High Court Website.
