By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has sought a direction to the opposite party no.2-Secretary U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Lucknow for deciding the petitioner's application dated 31.05.2025 for recall/revision of the recovery certificate. 3. The learned counsel for the opposite parties no.1 and 2 on the basis of written instructions provided to him states Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rohit Jaiswal, Adarsh Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s): Shobhit Mohan Shukla M/S Patel Advance Jv, Thru. Authorized Signatory Rajneesh Kumar .....Petitioner(s) U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority Thru. Chairman And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) that the next date fixed for disposal of application is 25.11.2025 and subject to cooperation of the petitioner the application shall be decided on the next date unless some unforeseen hurdle comes up. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by observing that the petitioner's application for recall/revision of recovery certificate filed on 31.05.2025 should be decided by the opposite party no.2/Secretary U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Lucknow preferably on the next date fixed i.e. 25.11.2025 and in case of any unforeseen hurdle the same shall be decided within a period of a week thereafter.
