Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Taha Arif, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. Instant petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no.1 to grant the benefit of 2nd and 3rd ACP i.e. grade pay of Rs.4200/4600 from the date of eligibility expeditiously or within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to pay the difference of arrears of salary with all consequential benefits expeditiously or within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2025 pending consideration within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the submission aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into merits of the case, the respondent Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Savita Jain Counsel for Respondent(s) : Ratnesh Chandra Bhanwar Singh Chauhan .....Petitioner(s) U.P.
