Learned counsel submits that correct surname of the petitioner is ‘Bhambi’, but due to typographical error in the array of cause title, the surname of the petitioner has been typed as (2 of 2) [WMAP-93/2025] ‘Bhambhi’. Counsel submits that the petitioner be permitted to submit correct cause title on the record. Considering the aforesaid, the application stands allowed for the reasons stated therein. The surname of the petitioner be read as ‘Bhambi’ in the order dated 24.03.2025 passed by this Court. Amended cause title be taken on the record.
