Proceedings of this matter have been taken through video conferencing. 2. Heard Mr. Akash Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Shailendra Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer for respondent No.1/State and Ms. Sanskriti Rara, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No. 2 to 4. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR dated 12.03.2025 bearing crime No. 43/2025 registered under Section 420 of the IPC at PS Keshkal, District Kondagaon against the petitioners in the interest of justice.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been compromised outside the Court between the applicants and the respondents No. 2 to 4/ complainants and the compromise deed dated 25.03.2025 is annexed as Annexure P/2 in the present petition. 5. Learned counsel, appearing for respondents No. 2 to 4/complainants also admits the said submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants. 3 6. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the prayers and pleadings made in the petition along with the annexures annexed in this petition. 7. From perusal of the compromise deed dated 25.03.2025, it appears that the petitioners and respondents No. 2 to 4/complainants have already settled their dispute and compromised the matter outside the Court. 8. Taking into consideration that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled by the parties by way of compromise deed, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose would be served in proceeding any further against the petitioners in this matter. 9. In that view of the matter, the impugned FIR bearing Crime No. 43 of 2025 registered at Police Station Keshkal, District- Kondagaon (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420 of the IPC against the petitioners is hereby quashed subject to the condition that the petitioners shall comply with the terms and conditions of the compromise deed dated 25.03.2025 (Annexure A/2) arrived at between the parties. 10.
