The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent at behest of 4th respondent is pressurizing the petitioner to settle with the 4th respondent. It is submitted that the 3rd respondent is interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. 3. Considering the submissions, the 3rd respondent is directed not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil dispute 2 between the petitioner and the 4th respondent, without following due process of law. 4. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission. No costs. 5.
