Pundir, Advocate for respondent nos. 2 & 3. 4. Petitioner retired as driver from Uttarakhand Transport Corporation in the year 2021. According to him, he was not given full benefits of 6th Pay Commission, effective from 1.1.2006. 5. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to grant full benefits of 6th Pay Commission. 6. Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Transport Corporation submits that if petitioner has any grievance, he should have made a representation. 7. Learned counsel for Uttarakhand Transport Corporation submits that if petitioner makes representation, the same shall be examined by the competent authority. 8. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to the Managing Director, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation. If petitioner makes such representation, within three weeks from today, the Managing Director shall look into the matter and take decision, as per law, within four months thereafter.
