State of U.P. and 2 others, writ petition No.747 of 2018, however, since this writ petition is pending for last more than 7 years and petitioner is now aged about more than 55 years and taking note that selection process was of the year 2016, therefore, at this stage, any benefit of aforesaid judgment or otherwise cannot be granted. 3.
