Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record general office order dated 26.12.2024 granting and allowing pension allowance @5%, 10% and 15% on attaining the age of 65, 70, and 75 years respectively to the eligible pensioners/family pensioners of the HRTC with immediate effect with the monthly pension of December 2024 paid in January 2025 and to release the arrears in terms of stipulations sanctioned therein. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has also placed on record separate orders passed in cases of respective petitioners releasing one installment of arrears in terms of above decision. Learned 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 counsel for the respondents submitted that enhanced pension w.e.f. January 2025 is being paid to all the petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, in view of above, submitted that the present proceeding be closed, however, liberty be reserved to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy as may be available to them in law for redressal of their surviving grievances, if any. 4.
