Also heard Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 2. This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for granting the Page No.# 2/2 privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely, Shohidul Islam @ Hunmoni , apprehending arrest in connection with Fakirganj P.S. Case No. 53/2025 registered u/s 191(2)/191(3)/190/329(3) / 296/117(2)/118(2)/109/351(2) BNS. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meantime, investigation is completed resulting in a charge-sheet and pursuant to grant of interim bail on 05.08.2025, the petitioner has appeared and his statement has also been recorded. 4. Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor confirms that charge-sheet has been submitted. 5. In that circumstances, the interim pre-arrest bail granted vide order, dated 05.08.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the following conditions- (i) That the petitioner shall be available for the trial; (ii) He shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 6.
