Considering the fact the petitioner has already moved an application before respondent No.3, the present petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to decide the application filed by the petitioner in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Jigya Yadav (Minor) vs. CBSE and others [Civil Appeal No.3905 of 2011 decided on 03.06.2021, within a period of six weeks from today.
