1. Heard Mr. A. Z. Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the accused petitioner as well as Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent.

2. This petition under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused-petitioner, namely, Sajidur Islam @ Saju Sk, praying for grant of bail in connection with South Salmara P.S. Case No.71/2025 under Sections 329(3)/118(2)/115(2)/109/3(5) of BNS Act.
3. Pursuant to submission of charge-sheet, scanned TCR was called for and received.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that as per medical report there was grievous injury to one person and simple to another caused by sharp weapon. He also submits that there are no material against the present accused. He is in custody since 10.07.2025.
5. In the given facts and circumstances, it is provided that the accused petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- with one suitable surety of like amount to the satisfaction of learned concerned court subject to the following conditions that the petitioner: (a) shall render co-operation to the remaining investigation. (b) shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence
6. Accordingly, this bail application stands allowed and disposed of.
