Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent no. 3 to produce the petitioner before this Court. 3. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court copy of the written instructions dated 6.2.2025, which is taken on record. Paragraph 9 whereof is quoted as under:- "इस ्ቚस्तर मम ककियया गयया किथन यकचिकिया कितयाቔኋ किया व्यकሹኌगत किथन हहै जजो असत्य जबककि सत्य हहै ककि थयानया ससुररेररी जनपद जजौनपसुर किरे मसु०अ०ससं० 01/25 धयारया 309 (4) 352, 317 (2) 61(2 ए) बरीएनएस किकी घटनया मम सललिपया पयायरे जयानरे पर थयानया ससुररेररी किकी पसुललिस दयारया कगरफ्तयार किर जरेलि भरेजया गयया हहै।" 4. It is clearly reflected from the instructions that the corpus has been arrested pursuant to Case Crime No. 01 of 2025, under Sections 309(4), 352, 317(2), 61(2A) of B.N.S. 5.
