Respondent/Defacto-Complainant JOINT MEMO 1. it is submitted that basing on the report of the 2 nd respondent a case in Crime No. 314 of 2024 of Machavaram Police Station, Vijayawada, NTR District was registered for the offence punishable under sections 70 (1), 351 (2) BNS against the petitioners. Subsequently after investigation the 1st respondent filed charge sheet in the said crime and it was taken on file as PRC No. 35 of 2024 on the file of the Hon’ble Additional chief Judicial Magistrate at Vijayawada. Now the petitioners filed the present quash petition praying to quash the proceedings in the above crime. 2. It is submit that after registration of the above crime, at the intervention of the eiders and well-wishers, the dispute involved in the above crime was settled out of court. As such, the 2"^ respondent is not interested to prosecute the petitioners herein in the above crime. Hence, petitions are filed praying to permit the parties to compromise the case by recording the compromise arrived at by them.
