Vaishali Saxena, whose services have been regularized alongwith that of petitioner vide order dated 25.09.2012. 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. The Engineer-in-Chief (Design & Planning), Irrigation & Water Resources, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
