Kotwali Nagar, district Ayodhya/ Faizabad. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. None appears for respondent No.2, although notice has been served. 3.A perusal of the impugned order as well as statement of the complainant under section 200 CrPC and the statement of the witnesses under section 202 CrPC makes out a prima facie case against the petitioner. It is not the rarest of rare cases in which jurisdiction under 482 CrPC can be exercised. 3. The petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
