The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 11.9.2024 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No. 3, Allahabad, in Execution (Maintenance) Case No. 499 of 2024, whereby an order for calculation has been passed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
