Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vishal Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 and 5, Sri P.K. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and perused the material on record. Instant petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to make payment to the petitioner of the Employees Group Insurance Amount deducted from the Salary of the petitioner during the service period from 22.01.1987 to 31.05.2022 along with interest of 18%." Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 19.7.2025 pending consideration within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.
