Before the Lok Adalat, the parties have agreed to settle the matter. It is submitted that the insurance company shall pay a sum of ₹3,00,000/- within a period of four months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order to respondent no.3. Upon receipt of the said amount, respondent No. 3 shall, without any delay, release the same in favour of the petitioner, who shall receive it on her own behalf as well as on behalf of the legal heirs of the deceased Pradeep Singh. The terms of the compromise have been duly recorded in a separate compromise sheet, which shall form an integral part of this order.
