Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the Principal Judge, Family Court Faizabad to decide the Case No. 48 of 2023 under section 128 Cr.P.C., related with Police Station- Raunahi, District- Faizabad/Ayodhya "Smt. Naziya Bano & another Versus Shahnawaz Alam Ansari pending since 10.3.2023 expeditiously within stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is pending since 2023. He thus submits that if the trial court is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforementioned Case No. 48 of 2023 within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the trial court is hereby directed to conclude the aforementioned Case No. 48 of 2023, with expedition, if there is no legal impediment, in accordance with law. 6.
