Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Balrampur to expeditious disposal of the application dated 20.09.2025 filed by the applicant with regard to claim of juvenility under Juvenile Justice Act 2015 and transfer of the Case to Juvenile Justice Board pertaining to Case Crime No. 696/2007 titled as State Vs Umanath Chauhan and others, Under Section 307,323,324,504 and 506 IPC, Police Station-Kotwali Nagar District- Balrampur pending since 20.09.2025 with in stipulated period., expeditiously within stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is pending since 2007. He thus submits that if the trial court is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforementioned application dated 20.09.2025 within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. 5.
