JUDGMENT This Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.29 of 1993, dated 05.01.2004 on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.164 of 2000, dated 25.06.2002 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the appellants. The appellant remained absent for the second time. 3.In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
