Mr. V.S. Rawat, A.G.A. for the State. Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Sessions Trial No.162 of 2021, State of Uttarakhand Vs. Aas Mohammad and Others, pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Laksar, District Haridwar, arising out of FIR No.422 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 323, 504, 506 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Laksar, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused, having similar role, have already been granted bail. 4. Learned State Counsel admits this fact. 2 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
