The instant application has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :- "1) Quash the impugned order dated 12.08.2025, passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, 1", Family Court, Barabanki, in Case no. 98/2023 Ayesha Khatoon v. Zeeshan Gazi) (Annexure no. 1) whereby, the application bearing no. ब-28 dated 23.01.2025 seeking amendment in the date of marriage has been rejected. II) It is further prayed that the amendment application dated 23.01.2025, registered as ब- 28, may kindly be allowed and the date of marriage of the applicant be amended from 24.11.2021 to 18.10.2020 in the section 125 application dated 24.01.2023 registered as Case no.98/2023." 3. On being confronted, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the present application may be disposed of with liberty to the applicant to file a revision before the court concerned in terms of Section 19(4) of Family Courts Act, 1984 (in short "Act of 1984"). 4. In view of the aforesaid, the present application is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for. 5. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with the application to the learned counsel for the applicant as per rules.
