Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the appropriate authority to make safe arrangement for FSL test of the Video captured and suited by the petitioner when the assaulters came to the door on 17.10.2024. It is also prayed that the respondents be directed to place video with copy of transliteration of conversation with the CCTV Footage installed in Police Station Badlapur since 9.00 PM to 11.59 PM dated 17.10.2024 and further to take the action against the erring officials who unnecessary in the name of inquiry time passed for month where prima facie of cognizable offence was proved. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 4. Prayer aforesaid is allowed. 5.
