The prayers of the Writ Petitioner in the instant Writ Petition inter alia are as follows; “25. In light of the facts and circumstances and the ground mentioned above, the Petitioners make the following prayers: a. Kindly admit the present Writ Petition. b. After hearing the parties, kindly set aside the impugned order Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Gangtok District dated 06.12.2024, Memo No.581/DCG/2024 (sic.). c. Any other order/orders this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interests of justice. ………………………………………………………………………………….” 2. Learned Government Advocate for the Respondents No.1 and 2 submits that on 20-09-2025, vide Memo No.792/DCG/2025, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Gangtok District, Respondent No.2 herein has issued the order which reads as follows; 2025:SHC:133 WP(C) No.35 of 2025 Laxmi Tamang vs. The District Magistrate and Others 2 “ ………………………………………………………………………………… With reference to the Order Passed in Memo 581/DCG/20247 dated 06/12/2024, the same hereby stands withdrawn with immediate effect. ………………………………………………………………………………….” As the impugned Order is withdrawn this Writ Petition may be disposed of. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the withdrawal of the Order dated 06-12-2024, the prayers extracted hereinabove are duly satisfied and nothing further remains for adjudication in the matter. 4. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3 had no submissions to advance. 5. Having heard the submissions of Learned Counsel and perused the documents, including the Order dated 20-09-2025, it is evident that nothing further remains for adjudication in the matter, the impugned Order having been duly withdrawn by the issuing authority. 6.
