Public Prosecutor for the State respondent and Mr. M.A. Sheikh, learned counsel for the informant. 2. By this application, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the Order dated 19.07.2025 passed in Lanka P.S. Case No. 133/2025 registered under Section 126(2)/118(2)/74/3(5) of BNS. 3. By the said Order dated 19.07.2025, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the NBWA issued against him. 4. Mr. M.Z. Shah, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed the Order dated 19.07.2025, by which the learned Court of CJM, Lanka had passed an order observing that the petitioner alongwith another had been absconding and was avoiding arrest and that by considering the offence in question, the NBW of arrest was issued against the petitioner and the other person. 5. However, it is seen that the Charge-sheet has been submitted in the instant case and the petitioner was already on interim bail and as such, it is directed that the petitioner will go and appear before the concerned Court within 7 (seven) days from today before the Court of CJM, Lanka. 6.
