Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He points out that the Surveyor endeavoured to conduct the survey on 11.06.2025, but could not complete such survey because rectification of the FMB sketch is necessary as a prerequisite. Learned Special Government Pleader also points out that the request for rectification is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer. 3. In these circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms: i. The Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for rectification of the FMB sketch. For this purpose, a survey of the land shall be undertaken after issuing 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No. 29730 of 2025 notice to all the legal heirs of late N.S.Subramani. Notice shall also be issued to the owners of adjoining lands. ii. The entire process shall be completed within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. iii. No costs.
