Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Court No. 17, Sultanpur decide the criminal case number 4697 of 2023 under sections 406,405 and 506 IPC at Police Station Sultanpur, expeditiously within stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is pending since 2023. He thus submits that if the trial court is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforementioned criminal case number 4697 of 2023 within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the trial court is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned criminal case number 4697 of 2023, with expedition, if there is no legal impediment, in accordance with law. 6.
