HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL APPEAL No. - 3100 of 2023 Court No. - 15 HON'BLE AJAY BHANOT, J. The present appeal under Section 14-A(1) S.C./S.T. Act has been preferred against the summoning order dated 21.05.2022 passed by the court of Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Lucknow along with the entire proceedings of Sessions Case No. 1029 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No. 853/2019, under Sections 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) (Da) and 3 (1) (Dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Aashiyana, District Lucknow, pending in the court of Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Lucknow. Sri Anand Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Katyayan Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Sri Mohd. Salman, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 jointly submit that the parties have arrived at compromise. The parties were identified by their respective counsels before the court below. The compromise has been duly verified by the learned trial court. On the basis of compromise the complainant does not wish to prosecute the criminal proceedings. In view of above, the entire proceedings of Sessions Case No. 1029 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No. 853/2019, under Sections 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) (Da) and 3 (1) (Dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Aashiyana, District Lucknow, Versus Counsel for Appellant(s) : Anuj Pandey, Anand Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Mohd. Salman Santosh Singh Alias Santosh Kumar Singh And Another .....Appellant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin.Secy. Home And Another .....Respondent(s) pending in the court of Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Lucknow and impugned summoning order dated 21.05.2022 passed by the court of Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Lucknow are quashed.
