Prayer for release of the awarded amount has been made by way of this application on the ground that the matter stands finally disposed of vide order dated 18.03.2025. Accordingly, there being no impediment in grant of the prayer, the same is allowed. The entire awarded amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court along with upto date interest accrued thereon be released in favour of the applicant by remitting the same to the bank account of the applicant, details of which have been provided in para 4 of the application, after due verification.
