Parties are ad-idem that the issue raised in the instant petition stands adjudicated by this Court in Kewal Kumar and others v. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, CWP no. 6210 of 2013, decided on 28.2.2014 and a direction can be issued to the respondents/competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-3) in light of Kewal Kumar supra, in a time bound manner. 4. Without going into the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-3), in light of Kewal Kumar supra, expeditiously, 2025:HHC:18137 preferably within four weeks. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing needful in terms of this order shall afford opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a speaking order thereupon. Petitioner shall be at liberty to approach competent court of law, in case he still remains aggrieved. Petition stands disposed of in the afore terms. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
