1. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 3. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.298 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 115(2) of BNS, Police Station Bheera, District Kheri. 4. The FIR in question was lodged alleging that the informant had purchased certain goods from the shop of the applicant and on 12.08.2025, she was called on phone to pay back the money.
