By way of the present application, a prayer has been made to correct the word “Rs.4 lacs per biswa”, as mentioned in para No.23 of the judgment dated 24.05.2024, as “Rs.4 lacs per bigha”. Keeping in view the discussions, made by this Court, in para No.22 of the said judgment, the present application is required to be allowed. Consequently, the application, under consideration, is allowed and the word ‘biswa’, in para No.23 of the said judgment, be read as ‘Rs.4 lacs per bigha’, instead of ‘Rs.4 lacs per biswa’.
