This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following main prayers : "(i) Issue a writ of Mandamus or writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the opposite parties thereby directing to opposite party no.3 to mutate the name of petitioner /legal heir of deceased father of petitioner in respect of parental house of petitioner bearing no.643N/151 Nayak Nagar, Mohibullapur, Sitapur Road, Lucknow. (ii) Issue a writ of Mandamus or writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties, directing the opposite party no.3 to take decision over the application of the petitioner dated 22.10.2024 for mutation of house no. 643N/151 Nayak Nagar, Mohibullapur, Sitapur Road, Lucknow within stipulated period, contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) We have gone through the annexure no.1, which is the application for mutation of the petitioner and should be directed to be decided. It appears that the parents of the petitioner had passed away and are survived by six children. The petitioner is one of the children and seeks mutation of his name in the records of Nagar Nigam to enable him to pay house tax and other statutory liabilities. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to issue notice to all the heirs of late Ram Sahai Rajpoot and ensure proper service upon them. A reasonable opportunity of hearing shall be afforded to them before passing any order on the application for mutation filed by the petitioner.
