3. Petitioners have been working in various branches of 2 respondent for the past several years and continue to work as such. Petitioners have now made representation dated 12.03.2025, claiming for regularization of their services in existing vacancies which is stated to be pending.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would suffice to direct the 3'^^ respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on aforesaid representation.
4. As the prayer in the writ petition is innocuous, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is
disposed of at the admission stage, directing the 3'”'^ respondent to
5. consider and pass appropriate orders on petitioners’ representation dated 12.03.2025, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of
