It has been submitted that petitioner was initially appointed on compassionate basis on 15.12.2001 but is not even being paid minimum of the pay-scale. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that inadvertently incorrect prayers have been made in the petition and therefore seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh. 4. Considering aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting aforesaid liberty.
