Heard Sri Rahul Roshan Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sri G.D. Bhatt, learned AGA for the State. 2. By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the First information report bearing FIR No-655/2025, Under Section 420, 323, 342, 395, 386, 506 IPC. at P.S. Purakalendar, District-Ayodhya, lodged by opp. Party no-4, as contained as Annexure no.1 to this writ petition. (ii). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Party no- 3 not to harass and arrest the petitioner and also not to adopt any coercive manner during the pendency of this writ petition." 3. Learned AGA has produced a copy of instructions letter dated 26.09.2025, same is taken on record. 4. As per the aforesaid instructions, the petitioner is not named in the impugned FIR nor any investigation is pending against him nor he has any apprehension of arrest. 5. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, therefore, the present writ petition is consigned to the record. (Syed Qamar Hasan Rizvi,J.)
