Learned counsel for the petitioner invited my attention to the communication dated 02.12.2024 from the Assistant Director to the Tahsildar and pointed out that in spite of calling for action by the Tahsildar, no action has been taken till date. 3. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents.
