State of U.P and Ors decided on 28.05.2025. 3. Considering the aforesaid consensus amongst the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed off. 4. It is provided that the petitioners would also be entitled for the benefit of the judgment and order passed by this Court in the case of Dr. Om Prakash Srivastava (supra).
